New Menus for June & July!

Our new menus are now available... With some old favourites back such as our Cumbrian Cheddar Soufflé & the Croque Madame for a lunchtime snack!
We also have some beautiful new desserts... A Trio of Crème Brulee & a Lemon Duo featuring a Mini Lemon Tart & a Lemon Panna Cotta. Lamb Rumps are also back on the menu paired with a Sautéed Pea, Broad Bean, Bacon & Mint Cassoulet.
Our food is not the only thing changing - We are now working with EWGA Wines situated just over the border in Lancashire. Thankfully we are still working close with our original Wine Rep Ben Paxon who we have worked closely with since 2008 & has always provided us with a fantastic choice for our list. He has just started his new role with this company & we are very pleased to be able to continue to work with him.
EWGA has been buying wine around the world for 50 years. Some of the people they buy from today are ones that they bought from in the early days of the company and the relationships formed are ones which have stood the test of time. Many of their trading partners are similar minded family owned companies with the same passion, attention to detail and ethos of offering the very best quality and value for money so this seemed the perfect company for us to pair up with. All the wines have now arrived & we are pleased to be running the new list from today!
